Our Design Process

Share the project location, type, approximate size, current stage and services required. Reference drawings, photographs or inspiration images can be included where available.

We review the information, discuss goals and clarify the required deliverables. The project scope, review stages, schedule and fee are then defined before design work begins.

Our team explores the overall planning direction, spatial relationships and visual character of the project. Depending on the scope, this may include plans, diagrams, mood references, material direction and early 3D studies.

The concept is presented for review. Feedback is organized into clear decisions so the selected direction can be developed without losing track of priorities.

Approved ideas are refined in greater detail. Layouts, dimensions, materials, lighting, planting, joinery and other project components are coordinated according to the scope.

We prepare the agreed drawings, schedules, details and presentation packages. Where required, we coordinate design information with consultants, vendors and other members of the project team.

When included in the scope, Gloria9 provides drawing clarifications, material review, design revisions and coordination support during pricing or construction. Construction administration and site responsibilities are defined separately for each project.
