The Junkets project is a refined mixed-use development proposed for a key suburban corridor in Blackburn. Delivered as part of a planning submission package, this visual translation captures the architectural essence of a compact yet high-functionality footprint, integrating commercial frontage with upper-level residential units.
Our team was tasked with elevating the architectural planning set into immersive, photorealistic 3D visuals that clearly communicate massing, materiality, and site context. These visualizations played a crucial role in stakeholder presentations and city planning reviews.
